I've been dancing ATS for three years and three months ago I had to step away from classes because of my school schedule. I've already started to forget some of the moves which I'm not happy about. I was wondering if anyone could recommend some good training tapes/dvds that will help me stay fresh. If I had something that could help me remember the moves and combos so when I'm done with my degree in March I can pick back up were I left off. Any thoughts?

Tue, September 15, 2009 - 6:46 PMyes, the previously mentioned FCBD are a MUST. I also highly recommend jamila solimpour (ooo i know kinda controversial!) and gypsy caravan. our troupe uses these three formats and they go so very well together. i know there's the whole who came first the solimpour or the nericcio but the dancing is more important than that =)
