Help on a project? :)

Hello! :D
I am currently doing a project for school that is to create a set of drink coasters, and, unable to think of anything else, decided to go with different styles of bellydance for each one.
The front of the coaster isn't going to be a problem, however, it's the back that I'm having a bit of a problem with. I was thinking of having a different type of tea or drink for each one, to fit with the project outlines more, or, failing that, quotes about bellydance. (If it helps, I'm doing Ansuya, Rachel Brice, Zoe Jake, and Carolena Nericcio, and possibly Teresa Tomb and Colleena Shakti if I have the time)

Any help with brainstorming would be wonderful and much appreciated!

Hrm, what different styles of bellydance are those, would you say? Ansuya's a great example of American Cabaret Bellydance for sure, though I would consider RB and ZJ in the same category of fusion bellydance, not two distinct styles. I have never heard of Teresa Tomb, and Colleena mostly does classical Indian dance. You have so many legends you could be using here, what about some of the other greats in distinct styles out there? Like Fifi Abdou, Dina, Aisha Ali, Samia Gamal, Souhair Zaki, and more. Think Turkish Oriental, Egyptian, Am Cab, American Tribal, Folkloric, not just modern American fusion, for your best variety!

For the back, you could have a bellydance word and its definition there. Words like Zills, Bedlah, Baladi, Zaghareet, etc. That would be fun!

I look forward to seeing what you come up with!

Thanks! I will definitely look up more dancers, I just used the ones with the most interesting poses I could quickly get my hands on xD (like most students, I am horrible at doing things in a timely manner.) The only problem is paring it down to three or four, as I will probably want to do them all!

Ooh, I like the idea of bellydance terminology! Can definitely do some interesting things with that!
Thanks for the suggestions :) Will most assuredly post them here when I'm done.
